Rose Pinot Noir

Most rosé wines are produced from red grapes, although it is possible to obtain them by simply mixing red and white wine. The color of rosé itself can vary from a light, gentle rosy color to a light ruby, reddish shade. The color, as well as of course the aromas, depend to a large extent on the variety from which the wine is obtained, as well as on the time it spends in contact with the skins of the grapes.
